Applicant is not in Canada and does not intend to
work in Canada before being issued a permanent
resident visa.
Conditions:

Applicant has received a full-time job offer from a
Canadian employer that has been confirmed by HRDC.

The employer has made an offer to give applicant a
permanent job upon his arrival to Canada.

Applicant meets any Canadian licensing or regulatory
standards required for the job.

Applicant is currently working in Canada on a
temporary work visa (including sectoral
confirmation.)
Conditions:

Applicant's work permit will be valid for 12 or more
months after applicant applies for a permanent
resident visa.

Applicant's employer has made an offer to give
applicant a permanent job.

Applicant is currently working in Canada in a job
that does not need confirmation by Human Resources
Development Canada (HRDC) under an international
agreement or a significant-benefit category (for
example, applicant are an intra-company transferee.)
Conditions:

Applicant's work permit will be valid for 12 or more
months after applicant applies for a permanent
resident visa.

Applicant's employer has made an offer to give
applicant a permanent job.

more additional points which will give him in total 15 additional
points for the factor of arranged employment.
