Representation of consultants and firms

Ariadne Counselling provides representation of non-Canadian immigration consultants and firms before the Canadian government in immigration matters.

As per the amendments to the Immigration Regulations introduced on April 13, 2004, the Government of Canada will only deal with an immigration representative who is a member of a Canadian self-regulating association. Applications submitted by non-authorized immigration representatives, will be returned by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

In order to assist non-Canadian immigration consultants and firms to stay in business Ariadne Counselling provides representation services. We can submit applications and communicate with the Canadian visa offices on behalf of non-Canadian consultants and firms or on behalf of their clients.

We also provide counselling with regard to the Canadian immigration legislation and direct assistance in assessment of eligibility and preparing application packages for all immigration categories - Skilled Workers; Business Immigration (Investor; Entrepreneur; Self-Employed); Family Class; applications for temporary resident (visitor) visas; work and study permits.

Inquiries regarding our ability to represent you, your firm or clients before the Canadian government may be directed to the following e-mail address: info@immigration1services.com

If you chose to discuss in person options of our assistance, please call us at +1-604-464-3467. We accept telephone calls on business days that are Monday to Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. (Standard Pacific Time, UTC/GMT -8 hours; UTC/GMT -8 hours).
